Lorena Fratiano: First of all, CargoON is an extremely intuitive platform, in a very short time we learned to use it. The company provided us with training but being so simple, it wasn’t even necessary and we would have been able to use it even without it. And then, unlike others, CargoON is free and therefore it is a further element of interest for us.
What are the advantages you have found in using CargoON?
Lorena Fratiano: Thanks to the introduction of CargoON, I have practically eliminated the dozens of emails and phone calls that I generally received from customers regarding the status of the load. Thanks to CargoON, companies already know when the truck will arrive and, if there are problems, they are updated in real time through the platform. In this way we are able to offer a more efficient service to our customers with a considerable saving in terms of time.

Lorena Fratiano: It would be desirable for all companies to implement this solution. It would guarantee considerable savings in terms of time and costs for all the players in the supply chain, making the entire system more efficient.
